Retiring from her 20-year job as a web developer in January 2020, Seattle songwriter Deb Seymour resumed her prior career as a full-time touring songwriter, only to be unexpectedly halted by the pandemic. Undeterred, Deb quickly adapted by mastering the art of live-streaming. Thus began a multi-year virtual tour that not only sustained but also broadened her fan base from local to global. An uplifting collection, Boots delves into themes of overcoming obstacles, cherishing love, respecting the environment, dropping misconceptions, finding humor in life’s challenges, conquering childhood fears, and even exploring the whims of a very pampered house cat named Morpheus.
